Broadcaster and Tourism Ambassador, Destination Manager/Marketer, popularly known as Abeiku Santana, has achieved a number of plummy feats after his participation in the World Trade Center Conference in Russia few days back.
In the spirit of promoting local exports, Abeiku Santana attended the conference with KASAPREKO range of products – adjudged with multiple awards as West Africa’s medicinally-potent alcoholic beverage.
In an interview with Presspeep.com, excited Abeiku disclosed the opportunities he sealed off before leaving Russia. “I have signed a contract with a Finnish company to organize cultural events in Finland. I have established educational contracts with Estonia” he said.
He added he has “distributors to import Alomo Bitters and Kasapreko products into the Russia market. I’m now in Netherlands and Germany to explore more.”
The World Trade Center Conference was aimed at strengthening the bilateral relationship between Russia and Ghana, which dates back after Ghana’s independence in 1957. Strengthening and developing the economic bilateral relations with Ghana, the Russian government has set up an integrated union which will assist exporters from both countries.
Participants from the public sector were: Ghana Free Zones Board, Ghana Export Promotion Authority, Micro Finance And Small Loans Center (MASLOC), National Petroleum Authority, Northern Electricity Distribution Company (NEDCO), Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company – among other private sector companies.
