The 74 year-old 45th President of the United States of America, Donald Trump gives his final speech as President. After series of protests and the vandalizing of the Capitol Building in America by Trump loyalists following the presidential victory of the Democrats.
The controversial and only president to be impeached two times, still maintains the stance that the President and Vice-President elect, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris respectively, stole the presidency from him. Despite his chaotic leadership, he strongly believes that he was indeed the first choice of the American people and not Joe Biden. Judicial authorities have however shot down his argument, including those hired by him.
“I wish the new administration great luck and great success. I think they’ll have great success. They have the foundation to do something really spectacular,” he said.
Contrary to the words spoken in his speech, Trump refused to partake in most of the traditions that signified a peaceful transition of power.
“I will always fight for you. I will be watching, listening,” the former president said.
