In a GTV live documentary, gospel musician and singer, Patience Nyarko, expressed her disgust for some gospel music videos.
The documentary which was aimed at branding gospel musicians to appeal to the creative market, had several gospel musicians expressing their views on the way forward.
The “wa fom kwan’ hitmaker revealed that most gospel videos are diminishing to the Lord they serve. ”In my opinion, some gospel music videos make Jesus look poor which is not so but that’s what we portray and we must put a quick stop to that” she opined.
She also stressed that, “Some poor gospel music videos undermine God’s sovereignty. I understand we are all learning, but it disgusts me sometimes.”
Two-time Gospel Artiste of the Year and Gospel Song of the Year nominee, at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, Patience Nyarko, was honored some few weeks back with a prestigious award, for her tremendous contribution to the gospel music industry.
The sensational gospel diva, was awarded Pan-Africa Inspirational Gospel Song Writer of the year, at the maiden edition of Osagyefo Pan-Africa Eminence Awards, for her commitment, dedication and immense contribution in spreading the Gospel and reforming people through music.
