Wiyaala who is currently on tour in the UK and Europe has taken a break from her busy schedule to perform at HRH Queen Elizabeth 11’s Official Birthday celebration which will take place this Thursday June 1st at the British High Commissioner’s Residence in Accra.
Also performing on the night will be Blakk Rasta and Ghanaian rock band Dark Suburb. The prestigious event which boasts an exclusive guest list of Ghana’s most influential VIPs, will be hosted by the very popular British High Commissioner, John Benjamin, who is completing his three year posting to Ghana this month before moving on to a new posting in London.
The Upper West Singer/Songwriter will sing the Ghanaian and British national anthems as well as performing a live set with the Djimba World Band featuring new songs from her upcoming sophomore album. Wiyaala said:

Immediately the party is finished, Wiyaala will be on her way back to London to perform at the GUBA Awards at the Intercontinental 02 this Saturday June 3rd.
