A philanthropist and Director of Operations at KCL Properties, Mr. Charles Osei-Nyarko Narayana, has put smiles on the faces of both internal and external patrons of St. Joseph Hospital at Nkwanta in the Nkwanta South District of Volta Region.

Mr. Charles Osei-Nyarko Narayana

The young energetic philanthropist who hails from Nkwanta donated to each patient in every ward of the hospital two big packs of Omo washing powder, a cake of soap and a toothpaste. The beneficiary wards include maternity, children ward, surgical ward (both male and female), emergency ward, male ward, female ward, infectious ward and the Isolation ward.

This kind gesture was also extended to every nurse, midwife and security men on duty. The administrator of the hospital, Rev Sister Georgina Quayson who was full of joy thanked Mr. Charles Osei-Nyarko Narayana for his show of love and care. In attendance were Rev. Sister Lydia and Bernard Joachim Potakey, a teacher of Nkwanta Senior High Technical.

Narayana, as he is fondly known by close associates, is a staunch Hindu and Youth Leader at the Hindu Monastery of Africa in Accra – Odorkor. He is an inspirer, knowledgeable, a go-getter, a high sense of humour person, and a humane gentlemen.

Narayana has strong ambitions of entering into public service, because, he believes he is born a servant and must serve till death – irrespective of which status he attains in life. He was once a Member of Parliament (MP) hopeful on the ticket of NDC but lost to his opponent. We hope his dreams come through in the future.
